Celui-ci doit&nbsp;b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019ensemble des adh\u00e9rents&nbsp;qui satisfont aux conditions\nd\u2019anciennet\u00e9 \u00e9ventuellement pr\u00e9vues par le r\u00e8glement du plan. Le&nbsp;montant annuel&nbsp;total de ce&nbsp;versement ne peut exc\u00e9der 2 %&nbsp;du plafond annuel de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9\nsociale (Pass), soit 810,48 \u20ac pour 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce montant doit \u00eatre pris en compte pour appr\u00e9cier le plafond\nd\u2019abondement total des versements de l\u2019employeur sur un PEE, fix\u00e9 \u00e0 8 % du\nPass, soit 3 241,92 \u20ac pour 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement un abondement unilat\u00e9ral en cas de\npartage des plus-values de cession de titres avec les salari\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019abondement intervient alors dans&nbsp;le&nbsp;respect&nbsp;du&nbsp;plafond&nbsp;sp\u00e9cifique aux plus-values de cession\nde titres avec les salari\u00e9s de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de&nbsp;30\n%&nbsp;du&nbsp;Pass,&nbsp;soit 12 157,20 \u20ac pour 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#d10016;\"><strong>Relev\u00e9 annuel de\nsituation d\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexteArticle.do;jsessionid=184FFE5E22547F6E9FE1B18756CF48DB.tplgfr28s_2?idArticle=JORFARTI000038496234&amp;cidTexte=JORFTEXT000038496102&amp;dateTexte=29990101&amp;categorieLien=id\">article\n161 de la loi Pacte<\/a> pr\u00e9voit que la personne charg\u00e9e de la tenue de registre\ndes comptes administratifs doit d\u00e9sormais fournir \u00e0 tout b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire d\u2019un plan\nd\u2019\u00e9pargne salariale un&nbsp;relev\u00e9\nannuel&nbsp;de situation comportant le\nchoix d\u2019affectation de son \u00e9pargne, ainsi que le montant de ses valeurs\nmobili\u00e8res estim\u00e9 au 31 d\u00e9cembre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9cret du 20 ao\u00fbt 2019 en d\u00e9taille le contenu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Celui-ci&nbsp;devra&nbsp;ainsi&nbsp;comporter&nbsp;les mentions suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>l\u2019identification de l\u2019entreprise et du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire ;<\/li><li>le&nbsp;montant global&nbsp;des&nbsp;droits\net avoirs inscrits&nbsp;au&nbsp;compte&nbsp;du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire, estim\u00e9 au 31 d\u00e9cembre\nde l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente ;<\/li><li>le montant de ses droits et avoirs&nbsp;par support&nbsp;de gestion, avec les dates de\ndisponibilit\u00e9, ainsi que les modalit\u00e9s de gestion, pr\u00e9vues par d\u00e9faut dans le\nr\u00e8glement du plan ou choisies par le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire ;<\/li><li>un&nbsp;r\u00e9capitulatif&nbsp;des&nbsp;sommes\ninvesties&nbsp;lors de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e\ndans le plan, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es par type de versement, ainsi que des sommes\nd\u00e9sinvesties du plan sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode, en distinguant celles r\u00e9sultant d\u2019un\ncas de d\u00e9blocage anticip\u00e9 ;<\/li><li>un r\u00e9capitulatif des&nbsp;frais&nbsp;\u00e0 la charge du&nbsp;salari\u00e9&nbsp;lors de l\u2019ann\u00e9e \u00e9coul\u00e9e, conform\u00e9ment\naux dispositions du plan. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le relev\u00e9 annuel&nbsp;de\nsituation de compte&nbsp;doit \u00eatre\nfourni dans&nbsp;un d\u00e9lai de&nbsp;trois mois<strong> suivant<\/strong>&nbsp;le&nbsp;<strong>31\nd\u00e9cembre<\/strong>&nbsp;de l\u2019ann\u00e9e\npr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces dispositions entrent en vigueur au 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;janvier 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"color:#d10016;\"><strong>Plafonnement des frais\nde tenue de compte pour les Perco<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/affichTexteArticle.do;jsessionid=184FFE5E22547F6E9FE1B18756CF48DB.tplgfr28s_2?idArticle=JORFARTI000038496228&amp;cidTexte=JORFTEXT000038496102&amp;dateTexte=29990101&amp;categorieLien=id\">article\n155 de la loi Pacte<\/a> a mis en place un dispositif de plafonnement des frais\nde tenue de compte des Perco pour les anciens salari\u00e9s. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9cret du 20 ao\u00fbt 2019 d\u00e9termine le niveau de ce\nplafonnement.
