La pomme dediscorde\u00a0? Un arr\u00eat de la cour de cassation (Cass.soc. 10 novembre 2009, n\u00b0 07-45321 FSPB) dans lequel celle-cireconnaissait la responsabilit\u00e9 de certains modes de management. Les syndicatssouhaitaient introduire un paragraphe relatif \u00e0 ce sujet au sein de l&rsquo;accord ets&rsquo;opposait au refus du patronat. A noter que cet accord permet de transposer enFrance l&rsquo;accord europ\u00e9en du 15 d\u00e9cembre 2006. <\/p>\n<p>Le texte invite notamment les employeurs \u00e0 prendre toutesles mesures n\u00e9cessaires en vue de pr\u00e9venir deux aspects des risquespsychosociaux\u00a0: le harc\u00e8lement et la violence au travail.
