Par cons\u00e9quent, <b>son licenciement est sans cause r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse.<\/b><\/p>\n<h3>Ce qu&rsquo;il faut retenir<\/h3>\n<li><b>L&rsquo;exercice d&rsquo;une action en justice par le salari\u00e9 contre son employeur ne peut pas justifier son licenciement<\/b>.
