Les juges constatent que cesconditions ne sont pas remplies et rejettent d\u00e9finitivement la demandede l&#8217;employeur. Ses frais de formation ne lui seront pas rembours\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<h3><b>Ce qu&rsquo;il faut retenir<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Parla clause de d\u00e9dit-formation, l&#8217;employeur s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 organiser et \u00e0payer une formation au salari\u00e9. En contrepartie de cette formation, lesalari\u00e9 s&rsquo;engage \u00e0 rester au service de son employeur pendant un tempsd\u00e9termin\u00e9.
