{"id":1760,"date":"2006-04-01T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2006-03-31T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/2006\/04\/une-charte-des-stages-etudiants-en-entreprise\/"},"modified":"2006-04-01T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2006-03-31T22:00:00","slug":"une-charte-des-stages-etudiants-en-entreprise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/2006\/04\/01\/une-charte-des-stages-etudiants-en-entreprise\/","title":{"rendered":"Une charte des stages \u00e9tudiants en entreprise"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Pr\u00e9sentation<\/h3>\n<p>Destin\u00e9e \u00e0 <b>s\u00e9curiser les stages en entreprise<\/b>, cette charte \u00e9nonce <b>un certain nombre de garanties et d&rsquo;engagements aussi bien de la part de l&rsquo;entreprise, du stagiaire que de l&rsquo;Etat. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span>En premier lieu, le texte pr\u00e9cise que <b>le \u00ab\u00a0stage ne peut en aucun cas \u00eatre assimil\u00e9 \u00e0 un emploi\u00a0\u00bb<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Il indique aussi que <b>la convention de stage doit \u00eatre obligatoire.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span>La dur\u00e9e du stage devra \u00eatre limit\u00e9e &#8211; hors parcours p\u00e9dagogique &#8211; \u00e0 <b>6 mois<\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>Si le jeune effectue un <b>stage de plus de 3 mois, <\/b>il sera <b>obligatoirement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0<\/span>Mais <b>aucune r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration minimale n&rsquo;a pour l&rsquo;instant \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e<\/b>, le montant devant \u00eatre n\u00e9goci\u00e9 entre les partenaires sociaux. <\/p>\n<p>Pendant son stage, le jeune devra \u00eatre encadr\u00e9, suivi et \u00e9valu\u00e9 par unenseignant et un membre de l&rsquo;entreprise. L&rsquo;Etat de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 devramettre en place un suivi statistique pour mesurer la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des stageset r\u00e9aliser un guide des stages.<\/p>\n<h3>Une charte non-contraignante.<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Cettecharte a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9e par le gouvernement, les repr\u00e9sentants patronaux(Medef, CGPME, UPA, et Unapl), les repr\u00e9sentants de l&rsquo;enseignementsup\u00e9rieur, trois organisations d&rsquo;\u00e9tudiants (Fage, PDE et Uni), mais paspar G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Pr\u00e9caire.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce collectif destagiaires, cette charte est \u00ab\u00a0non-contraignante\u00a0\u00bb et ne r\u00e8gle pas leprobl\u00e8me des stages abusifs.<\/p>\n<p>Le mouvement appelle \u00e0 une <b>\u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9forme en profondeur\u00a0\u00bb<\/b> et propose plusieurs pistes comme <b>\u00ab\u00a0l&rsquo;inscription du stage dans le code du travail\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 <\/b>etla \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u00a0obligatoire minimum fix\u00e9e \u00e0 50 % du SMIC, progressiveavec la dur\u00e9e du stage, assujettie aux cotisations sociales\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>En attendant, G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Pr\u00e9caire continue de se mobiliser&nbsp;? lecollectif vient de sortir un livre &#8211; et esp\u00e8re que \u00ab\u00a0la question desstages sera s\u00e9rieusement abord\u00e9e lors des discussions qui doivent avoirlieu dans le cadre du d\u00e9bat national sur les liens entre universit\u00e9 etemploi.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h3> En savoir plus<\/h3>\n<p>La charte des stages (format pdf) \u00e0 consulter sur le site du minist\u00e8re d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;Enseignement sup\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 la Recherche<\/p>\n<p>Le site G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Pr\u00e9caire ; http:\/\/www.generation-precaire.org\/<\/p>\n<p>Lecollectif G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Pr\u00e9caire est n\u00e9 d&rsquo;un appel \u00e0 la gr\u00e8ve spontan\u00e9 desstagiaires et diffus\u00e9 sur Internet d\u00e9but septembre 2005.
