L<\/b>?employeur ne peut pas l&rsquo;imposer. En effet, il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une nouvelle modification que le salari\u00e9 doit accepter.<\/li>\n<li>Notez qu&rsquo;en cas de refus du salari\u00e9, l&#8217;employeur peut le licencier(attention, le motif du licenciement ne doit pas \u00eatre le refus dusalari\u00e9).
