L. 1251-16 et L. 1251-17). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Concr\u00e8tement, en cas de litige, l&#8217;employeur doit pouvoir produire un contrat \u00e9crit sign\u00e9 par lui-m\u00eame et le salari\u00e9 contenant toutes les clauses pr\u00e9vues par la loi.
