L&#8217;employeur luir\u00e9clamait donc le remboursement d&rsquo;une partie des frais de formation.<\/p>\n<h3>Ce qu&rsquo;en disent les juges<\/h3>\n<p>Lesjuges ont constat\u00e9 que la clause de d\u00e9dit-formation ne contenait aucuneinformation sur le co\u00f9\u00bbt r\u00e9el de la formation pour l&#8217;employeur.
