Il ne laisse pas place aux \u00e9changes lors des r\u00e9unions de service, nous coupe syst\u00e9matiquement la parole d\u00e8s que nous voulons l\u2019interpeller, d\u00e9tourne le regard lorsqu\u2019on s\u2019adresse \u00e0 lui, pousse des soupirs si nous insistons, fait des remarques d\u00e9sobligeantes sur notre travail, etc\u2026. Une de nos coll\u00e8gues particuli\u00e8rement, est r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement prise \u00e0 partie. Notre manager se moque souvent d\u2019elle devant toute l\u2019\u00e9quipe, la faisant parfois pleurer. Au d\u00e9tour d\u2019une r\u00e9organisation de notre d\u00e9partement, 15 de mes collaborateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 affect\u00e9s \u00e0 un autre directeur. Cette situation a d\u00e9grad\u00e9 fortement ma sant\u00e9 tant physique (douleurs diffuses) que mentale (difficult\u00e9s de concentration, ralentissement dans mes prises de d\u00e9cision, etc\u2026). Celui-ci lui fait part de son \u00e9tonnement et exprime les effets sur sa sant\u00e9 \u00ab je me sentais humili\u00e9 devant tous mes coll\u00e8gues et cela me rendrait malade \u00bb. N\u00e9anmoins des coll\u00e8gues continuent \u00e0 s\u2019envoyer ces mails \u00e0 des horaires abusifs. A plusieurs reprises, le service des ressources humaines, les repr\u00e9sentants du personnel ont rappel\u00e9 le respect de la charte. Un des coll\u00e8gues se sent harcel\u00e9 par tous ces mails.
