Les managers sont, en effet, confront\u00e9s quotidiennement \u00e0 des situations vari\u00e9es que nous pouvons r\u00e9pertorier dans 6 cat\u00e9gories, \u00e0 savoir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences alimentaires<\/li>\n<li>le comportement entre salari\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>les horaires am\u00e9nag\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>les demandes de recueillement<\/li>\n<li>les demandes de jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/li>\n<li>l\u2019apparence vestimentaire et le port de signes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si seulement <strong>6 % de ces situations se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent conflictuelles<\/strong>, il n\u2019en demeure pas moins que les managers sont souvent d\u00e9munis pour appr\u00e9hender la probl\u00e9matique de fa\u00e7on objective et sereine.<\/p>\n<p>Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019accompagner les employeur et managers en mettant \u00e0 leur disposition des <strong>guides manag\u00e9riaux<\/strong> destin\u00e9s \u00e0 leur rappeler le cadre l\u00e9gal et \u00e0 leur proposer des principes de management, s\u2019inscrivant dans une d\u00e9marche <em>in concreto.<\/em> L\u2019observatoire de la la\u00efcit\u00e9 a ainsi d\u00e9gag\u00e9 <strong>3 r\u00e8gles \u00e0 observer<\/strong> permettant de trouver une issue \u00e0 la plupart des situations, \u00e0 savoir\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>partir des demandes particuli\u00e8res pour \u00e9laborer une <strong>solution susceptible de convenir \u00e0 tous<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>invoquer le <strong>principe d\u2019\u00e9quidistance<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire de neutralit\u00e9 et de discr\u00e9tion, au sein de l\u2019entreprise, vis-\u00e0-vis des autres coll\u00e8gues, comme \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, vis-\u00e0-vis des clients ou fournisseurs<\/li>\n<li>ne pas tenter d\u2019interpr\u00e9ter les textes religieux pour <strong>s\u2019en tenir uniquement \u00e0 la situation de travail. \u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A partir de ces principes, il n\u2019y a pas lieu de traiter de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente des pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences alimentaires pour motif religieux que celles pour raison d\u2019allergie ou des demandes de recueillement par rapport \u00e0 des demandes de pauses cigarette.<\/p>\n<p>En revanche, si <strong>neutraliser certains jours f\u00e9ri\u00e9s d\u2019origine chr\u00e9tienne<\/strong> pour permettre \u00e0 des salari\u00e9s de poser des jours pour raison religieuse peut apparaitre comme une bonne id\u00e9e, cela peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler d\u00e9licat en termes de respect de la vie priv\u00e9e et peut provoquer un regroupement communautaire.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; L\u2019entreprise est confront\u00e9e davantage \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9 de l\u2019expression des convictions religieuses qu\u2019au fait religieux ex-nihilo.
