{"id":34761,"date":"2023-05-11T11:34:57","date_gmt":"2023-05-11T09:34:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/?p=34761"},"modified":"2023-05-11T11:34:59","modified_gmt":"2023-05-11T09:34:59","slug":"revalorisation-allocations-chomage","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/2023\/05\/11\/revalorisation-allocations-chomage\/","title":{"rendered":"Revalorisation des allocations ch\u00f4mage"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un projet de d\u00e9cret a pour objet d\u2019autoriser, de mani\u00e8re exceptionnelle en 2023, une <strong>revalorisation des allocations d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage<\/strong> au 1er avril, en plus de la revalorisation pr\u00e9vue dans le droit en vigueur le 1er juillet de chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, le salaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence et les allocations, ou parties d\u2019allocations d\u2019un montant fixe pourraient faire l\u2019objet d\u2019une <strong>d\u00e9cision de revalorisation par le conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019Un\u00e9dic<\/strong>, prenant effet le 1er avril 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les revalorisations pourront concerner en premier lieu <strong>le salaire journalier de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence (SJR) des allocataires<\/strong> dont le salaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est int\u00e9gralement constitu\u00e9 par des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations anciennes d\u2019au moins six mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le<strong> SJR<\/strong>, qui <strong>tient compte des r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations<\/strong> per\u00e7ues au titre des activit\u00e9s qui permettent <strong>l\u2019ouverture du droit au ch\u00f4mage<\/strong>, est le principal param\u00e8tre du calcul des allocations d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les revalorisations pourront \u00e9galement concerner <strong>l\u2019ensemble des montants fixes<\/strong> qui servent dans le <strong>calcul de l\u2019allocation journali\u00e8re<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour le r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, il s\u2019agit des montants fixes utilis\u00e9s dans situations suivantes (le montant le plus favorable \u00e9tant retenu)&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>40,4&nbsp;% du SJR<\/strong> + un montant fixe actuellement de <strong>12,47&nbsp;\u20ac<\/strong>&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>l\u2019allocation minimale<\/strong> fix\u00e9e actuellement \u00e0 <strong>30,42&nbsp;\u20ac ou 21,78&nbsp;\u20ac<\/strong> pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi en formation. Pour les demandeurs d\u2019emploi r\u00e9sidant \u00e0 <strong>Mayotte<\/strong>, ces deux derniers montants sont respectivement de <strong>15,20&nbsp;\u20ac et 10,89&nbsp;\u20ac<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, le plancher d\u2019allocation journali\u00e8re au-del\u00e0 duquel s\u2019applique une <strong>d\u00e9gressivit\u00e9 de 30&nbsp;% \u00e0 partir du 7\u00e8me mois d\u2019indemnisation<\/strong> peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre <strong>revaloris\u00e9<\/strong>.
