interminist\u00e9riel pour l&rsquo;\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Le Gouvernement a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9, le 8 mars dernier, un <strong>plan pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 hommes\/femmes<\/strong>, \u00e9labor\u00e9 en suivant 4 axes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>lutter contre les violences<\/strong> faites aux femmes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sant\u00e9 des femmes<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9&nbsp;professionnelle<\/strong> et <strong>\u00e9conomique<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>culture de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les mesures touchant \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, de pr\u00e8s ou de loin, on peut noter :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>supprimer de la carence en cas d\u2019arr\u00eat maladie cons\u00e9cutif \u00e0 une fausse couche<\/strong>, ce qui permettra aux femmes concern\u00e9es d\u2019\u00eatre indemnis\u00e9es d\u00e8s le premier jour d\u2019arr\u00eat de travail (voir ci-apr\u00e8s) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\"><strong>diminuer la dur\u00e9e d\u2019affiliation<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaire avant de pouvoir percevoir une indemnisation, passant de 10 mois actuellement \u00e0 6 mois ;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\"><strong>engager un dialogue avec les partenaires sociaux<\/strong> visant \u00e0 <strong>augmenter<\/strong> le nombre d\u2019<strong>autorisations d\u2019absence<\/strong> pour le coparent qui souhaite assister aux rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux pr\u00e9nataux ;<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>mieux prendre en compte les disparit\u00e9s de revenus<\/strong> au sein d\u2019un couple en appliquant par d\u00e9faut un taux individualis\u00e9 pour le calcul du pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement \u00e0 la source de l\u2019imp\u00f4t sur le revenu, \u00e0 partir de 2025 (voir ci-apr\u00e8s) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>n\u2019autoriser l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux march\u00e9s publics qu\u2019aux entreprises<\/strong> respectant les obligations en mati\u00e8re de publication de l\u2019index <strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong> (en 2022, 39 % des entreprises de plus de 50 salari\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas publi\u00e9 leur index, et 28 % en 2023*), ou qui ont obtenu une note suffisante \u00e0 cet Index, soit au moins 75 sur 100 (en 2022, 8 % des entreprises ayant publi\u00e9 leur index avaient un score inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 75, et la moyenne s\u2019\u00e9tablissait \u00e0 86 %, moyenne en am\u00e9lioration en 2023 \u00e0 88 %) ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>faire un rappel nominatif aux entreprises ayant obtenu 0 \u00e0 l\u2019un des indicateurs de l\u2019Index<\/strong> plus de deux ann\u00e9es de suite et publier leur nom sur le site de consultation Index Egapro ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>engager un travail avec les \u00e9diteurs de logiciels de paie<\/strong> pour int\u00e9grer une r\u00e8gle permettant d\u2019inclure automatiquement \u2013 lorsqu\u2019elle doit \u00eatre vers\u00e9e &#8211; la <strong>revalorisation des femmes \u00e0 leur retour de cong\u00e9 maternit\u00e9<\/strong> ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mobiliser les outils de l\u2019ANACT pour <strong>augmenter le nombre d\u2019accords d\u2019entreprises<\/strong> relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019<strong>\u00e9galit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/strong> et la <strong>qualit\u00e9 de vie au travail<\/strong> et le <strong>taux de r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 l\u2019Inde<\/strong>x.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Le<strong> Comit\u00e9 interminist\u00e9rie<\/strong>l \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 entre les femmes et les hommes, sous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de la Premi\u00e8re ministre, sera <strong>r\u00e9uni chaque ann\u00e9e<\/strong> <strong>pour suivre l\u2019avancement de ce Plan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>*donn\u00e9es du Minist\u00e8re du
