Cette revalorisation, fix\u00e9e \u00e0 <strong>1,9&nbsp;%<\/strong> par le bureau de l\u2019Unedic le 24 mars dernier, sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par celle qui interviendra au 1er juillet prochain. L\u2019allocation d\u2019aide au retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi minimale passe ainsi de <strong>30,42&nbsp;\u20ac \u00e0 31&nbsp;\u20ac par jour<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, afin de compenser partiellement l\u2019inflation, un d\u00e9cret du 30 mars 2023 a autoris\u00e9 le conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019Un\u00e9dic \u00e0 d\u00e9cider d\u2019une revalorisation&nbsp; exceptionnelle, qui ne se substitue pas \u00e0 celle pr\u00e9vue par le droit en vigueur au 1er juillet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une revalorisation du SJR et des montants servant au calcul de l\u2019ARE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le <strong>montant minimal <\/strong>de l\u2019ARE (allocation d\u2019aide au retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi) passe de 30,42&nbsp;\u20ac \u00e0 31&nbsp;\u20ac brut par jour&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>la <strong>partie fixe <\/strong>de l\u2019ARE passe de 12,47&nbsp;\u20ac \u00e0 12,71&nbsp;\u20ac par jour indemnis\u00e9. Elle s\u2019ajoute \u00e0 la partie proportionnelle de l\u2019allocation qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 40,4&nbsp;% de l\u2019ancien salaire&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>l\u2019<strong>allocation minimale <\/strong>des demandeurs d\u2019emploi en formation, aussi appel\u00e9e, \u00ab&nbsp;ARE-formation&nbsp;\u00bb (ARE-F) passe de 21,78&nbsp;\u20ac par jour \u00e0 <strong>22,19&nbsp;\u20ac <\/strong>par jour&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le <strong>plancher <\/strong>relatif \u00e0 l\u2019application du <strong>coefficient de d\u00e9gressivit\u00e9 <\/strong>est port\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>89,32&nbsp;\u20ac<\/strong>, contre 87,65&nbsp;\u20ac.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La revalorisation de l\u2019allocation minimale et de la partie fixe s\u2019applique \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des allocataires concern\u00e9s par ces param\u00e8tres d\u00e8s le premier jour de leur revalorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000047377781\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Decret n\u00ba&nbsp;2023-228 du 30 mars 2023 (modalit\u00e9s de revalorisation de l\u2019allocation d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage<\/em>) <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Communiqu\u00e9 de l\u2019Un\u00e9dic, 31 mars 2023<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les allocations d\u2019assurance ch\u00f4mage sont revaloris\u00e9es au 1er avril 2023 par un d\u00e9cret du 30 mars.
