En effet, ses objectifs sont multiples\u00a0: ma\u00eetriser le d\u00e9roulement des op\u00e9rations, encadrer le travail des gestionnaires, savoir calculer les charges, comprendre comment se passe un contr\u00f4le de l\u2019URSSAF, savoir \u00e9tablir les d\u00e9clarations sociales et mettre en place une veille sur la l\u00e9gislation sociale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au total, notre <strong>formation certifiante \u00ab\u00a0Responsable paie\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> se compose de 7 modules que le professionnel doit suivre pendant un total de 14 jours en pr\u00e9sentiel. Des sujets comme le bulletin de paie, la paye des dirigeants et des cadres sup\u00e9rieurs, la comptabilit\u00e9, la fiscalit\u00e9, l\u2019URSSAF, l\u2019audit, la DADS-U et la N4DS sont abord\u00e9s pendant ces 14 jours. Ensuite, une pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l\u2019examen est propos\u00e9e pour que l\u2019apprenant puisse mettre toutes les chances de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9ussite du test devant le jury.
