Les grandes entreprises l\u2019ont bien compris : pour \u00eatre plus productif, les salari\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre bien dans leur vie et dans leur travail. Cela repose entre autre sur la capacit\u00e9 des managers \u00e0 les comprendre et \u00e0 communiquer avec eux. En France, ce n\u2019est pas encore int\u00e9gr\u00e9 partout. En quoi suivre une formation pour apprendre \u00e0 mieux comprendre ses \u00e9motions permettrait de mieux g\u00e9rer une \u00e9quipe au quotidien\u00a0? N\u00e9anmoins, avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de la nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sur le march\u00e9 du travail, les managers sont bien oblig\u00e9s d\u2019adapter leur fa\u00e7on de manager.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019image a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 entach\u00e9e par la non-professionnalisation des coachs se proclamant experts en d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Heureusement, depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, le m\u00e9tier se professionnalise.
