Le d\u00e9cret indique qu\u2019\u00e0 la demande, qu\u2019elle \u00e9mane des salari\u00e9s, d\u2019un syndicat ou du CE, doit \u00eatre joint le document d\u2019\u00e9margement ou le proc\u00e8s-verbal de consultation.<\/p>\n<p>A partir du 1er janvier 2016, si le salari\u00e9 ne demande pas le versement de tout ou partie des sommes, dues au titre de l\u2019int\u00e9ressement, celles-ci seront <strong>affect\u00e9es sur le PEE<\/strong>, apr\u00e8s information du salari\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Celle-ci devra se faire dans l\u2019accord d\u2019int\u00e9ressement indiquant le montant attribu\u00e9 et le d\u00e9lai pour formuler une demande, qui devrait \u00eatre de 15 jours.<\/p>\n<h2>Modalit\u00e9s de versement de l&rsquo;int\u00e9ressement sur le PEE<\/h2>\n<p>Par ailleurs, la fiche remise au salari\u00e9 indiquant les sommes attribu\u00e9es devra mentionner, en plus :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019affectation<\/strong> par d\u00e9faut sur le PEE qui devra intervenir au plus tard le premier jour du 6\u00e8me mois ;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Le d\u00e9lai<\/strong> \u00e0 partir duquel les droits n\u00e9s du placement sur le PEE seront n\u00e9gociables et les situations ouvrant droit \u00e0 une liquidation anticip\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enfin, pour les droits \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9ressement attribu\u00e9s entre le 1er janvier 2016 et le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2017, le salari\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d\u2019un <strong>droit de r\u00e9tractation<\/strong>.
