(d\u00e9cret 2015-806 du 3 juillet, JO du 4 juillet 2015)<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre du programme \u00ab Tout pour l\u2019emploi dans les TPE-PME \u00bb, un d\u00e9cret du 25 janvier 2016 ajuste ce texte et le rapproche sur certains points de la nouvelle aide \u00e0 l\u2019embauche cr\u00e9\u00e9e au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des PME de moins de 250 salari\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Si l\u2019aide \u00ab 1ere embauche \u00bb n\u2019\u00e9tait destin\u00e9e qu\u2019aux recrutements en CDI et en CDD de plus de 12 mois, elle est d\u00e9sormais valable pour les CDD d\u2019au moins 6 mois.<\/p>\n<p>La date butoir des embauches b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant de l\u2019aide est diff\u00e9r\u00e9e au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2016, alors qu&rsquo;elle avait\u00e9 \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue pour le 8 juin 2016 initialement.<\/p>\n<p>Lien pour consulter le d\u00e9cret 2016-40 du 25 janvier 2016, JO du 26 : http:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/eli\/decret\/2016\/1\/25\/ETSD1602004D\/jo<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une aide \u00e0 l\u2019embauche a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place pour les entreprises recrutant un premier salari\u00e9.
