En effet, \u00ab Deux tiers des membres de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Y expriment leur volont\u00e9 de quitter leur entreprise d\u2019ici 2020, et 44 % dans les deux prochaines ann\u00e9es. Ils adressent un message particuli\u00e8rement fort aux dirigeants de ce monde : faire du business, certes, mais le faire de fa\u00e7on durable et responsable \u00bb, conclut Alain Pons apr\u00e8s l\u2019enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le Millenium Survey 2016, la \u00ab\u00a0G\u00e9n\u00e9ration du mill\u00e9naire\u00a0\u00bb donne une grande importance aux valeurs partag\u00e9es. Sur dix collaborateurs, neufs s\u2019accordent \u00e0 penser que le succ\u00e8s d\u2019une entreprise ne devraient pas seulement se baser sur les r\u00e9sultats financiers. Selon eux, les responsables RH devraient plut\u00f4t prioriser le d\u00e9veloppement des talents et revoir leur fa\u00e7on de communiquer avec leur client.<\/p>\n<p>Le sondage a permis aussi de constater que la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 de ces jeunes salari\u00e9s d\u00e9pend du d\u00e9veloppement en mati\u00e8re de leadership.
