Par an, un dirigeant RH gagne 75 000 euros bruts en moyenne, variable en fonction de son niveau d\u2019expertise. Seuls les professionnels profitant de postes ayant une grande envergure, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, ont la possibilit\u00e9 de toucher un salaire 15 \u00e0 20% plus important. Le Manager RH et Juridique chez Hays, Stefen Simon conclut que : \u00ab Pas de p\u00e9nurie de profils, donc pas de surench\u00e8re \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pour \u00e9viter d\u2019octroyer une augmentation, les entreprises se contentent de r\u00e9compenser les DRH avec des bonus.
