Cette d\u00e9marche est effectu\u00e9e dans le cadre des r\u00e9centes dispositions l\u00e9gales relatives \u00e0 l\u2019application des normes bancaires europ\u00e9ennes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 titre d\u2019information, <strong>le t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement<\/strong> permet un pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement SEPA ponctuel, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sous une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence unique de mandat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette nouvelle norme s\u2019applique selon la situation des employeurs et professions lib\u00e9rales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rappel sur les obligations qui y sont li\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2192 Adh\u00e9rent au t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement avant le mois de mai dernier<\/strong> :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Migration automatique vers la norme SEPA<\/li>\n<li>Ne n\u00e9cessitant aucune intervention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u2192 Adh\u00e9rent au t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement depuis le mois de mai dernier<\/strong> (valable aussi pour les enregistrements de nouvelles coordonn\u00e9es bancaires \u00e0 partir de cette date) :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Transmission et enregistrement du mandat compl\u00e9t\u00e9, dat\u00e9 et sign\u00e9 : \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier par l\u2019employeur aupr\u00e8s de la banque<\/li>\n<li>Cas de non-enregistrement : paiement rejet\u00e9 et majoration de retard appliqu\u00e9e par l\u2019URSSAF<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Employeurs, professions libres, le mandant est propos\u00e9 sur le site de l\u2019URSSAF dans la rubrique \u00ab g\u00e9rer mes abonnements\/ mes moyens de paiement. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Source : URSAF, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.urssaf.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">S\u00e9curiser votre passage au t\u00e9l\u00e9paiement SEPA<\/a>, actualit\u00e9 du 12 f\u00e9vrier 2016<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis le 1er f\u00e9vrier 2016, le t\u00e9l\u00e9paiement SEPA est remplac\u00e9 par le t\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e8glement.
