{"id":5173,"date":"2016-03-09T12:55:12","date_gmt":"2016-03-09T11:55:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/?p=5173"},"modified":"2018-12-21T09:49:34","modified_gmt":"2018-12-21T07:49:34","slug":"la-valorisation-de-lengagement-des-salaries-aupres-de-la-direction-generale-demeure-compliquee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gereso.com\/actualites\/2016\/03\/09\/la-valorisation-de-lengagement-des-salaries-aupres-de-la-direction-generale-demeure-compliquee\/","title":{"rendered":"La valorisation de l\u2019engagement des salari\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale demeure compliqu\u00e9e"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une \u00e9tude intitul\u00e9e \u00ab <em>Oracle Simply Talent : la situation en Europe Occidentale<\/em> \u00bb men\u00e9e par la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Oracle en janvier 2016, 36% des employeurs fran\u00e7ais interrog\u00e9s t\u00e9moignent qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas facile de d\u00e9finir le <strong><em>\u00ab ROI de l\u2019engagement \u00bb<\/em> <\/strong>sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La deuxi\u00e8me phase de cette \u00e9tude, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de 250 d\u00e9cideurs RH au sein de grandes entreprises d\u2019Europe occidentale, d\u00e9montre que 93% des employeurs, contre 80% seulement en France, admettent que l\u2019<strong>engagement des salari\u00e9s<\/strong> joue un r\u00f4le strat\u00e9gique pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette enqu\u00eate r\u00e9v\u00e8le que l\u2019engagement a un impact positif sur\u00a0 trois points :<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>La collaboration entre les \u00e9quipes (65%)<\/li>\n<li>Les performances de l\u2019entreprise (61%)<\/li>\n<li>Et l\u2019optimisation de son service client (60%)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En France, les chiffres restent toujours faibles, avec respectivement 46%, 46% et 24%.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, dans un sondage r\u00e9alis\u00e9, par Fed Human aupr\u00e8s de 2 000 candidats et 250 d\u00e9cideurs RH, ayant pour but de connaitre l\u2019image qu\u2019ils ont des RH, 46% des salari\u00e9s interrog\u00e9s estiment que le sens m\u00eame de la fonction se d\u00e9grade.
