Elles souhaitent que ces r\u00e8gles soient inscrites dans la loi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Premier point\u00a0: L\u2019audience permettant d\u2019\u00e9tablir la <strong>repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 doit se mesurer en fonction du nombre d\u2019entreprises et du nombre de salari\u00e9s<\/strong>. Pour \u00eatre repr\u00e9sentatif, le <strong>seuil de 8% est exig\u00e9<\/strong>, soit au regard du nombre de salari\u00e9s des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes, soit au regard du nombre d\u2019entreprises adh\u00e9rentes, les entreprises sans salari\u00e9 compris.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deuxi\u00e8me point\u00a0: Le <strong>droit d\u2019opposition<\/strong> permettant de s\u2019opposer \u00e0 un accord, est inchang\u00e9 si <strong>plus de 50% des salari\u00e9s des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Troisi\u00e8me point\u00a0: Avec une pond\u00e9ration \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>50% du nombre des salari\u00e9s des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes<\/strong>, et \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>50% du nombre des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes contributrices au fonds<\/strong>, les cr\u00e9dits du <strong>fonds paritaire national<\/strong> sont r\u00e9partis en fonction de la mesure de l\u2019audience. Les entreprises employant des salari\u00e9s sont les seules prises en compte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quatri\u00e8me point\u00a0: Au sein du fonds paritaire national, et autres organismes paritaires pertinents, les <strong>mandats sont r\u00e9partis en fonction de la mesure de l\u2019audience<\/strong>, avec une pond\u00e9ration \u00e0 hauteur de 70% du nombre des salari\u00e9s des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes, et \u00e0 hauteur de 30% du nombre des entreprises adh\u00e9rentes.
