On entend souvent dire que les changements doivent venir du bas\u00a0?<\/h3>\n<p>Le r\u00f4le des d\u00e9cideurs est de fixer le cap. Ce sont eux qui doivent avoir la main au d\u00e9marrage du processus de changement. C\u2019est m\u00eame une attente du terrain, car si on lui donne la parole sans lui dire au pr\u00e9alable quel est le cap \u00e0 suivre, il aura le sentiment d\u2019\u00eatre manipul\u00e9. Enfin, le terrain ne dispose pas du recul n\u00e9cessaire et sa vision est parcellaire. Lui donner la parole sans cadrage pr\u00e9alable par les d\u00e9cideurs serait contre-productif.<\/p>\n<h3>Puisque c\u2019est aux d\u00e9cideurs de fixer le cap, pourquoi demander au terrain sa contribution au changement ? Ce n\u2019est pas le terrain qui d\u00e9cide !<\/h3>\n<p>Certains d\u00e9cideurs suivent ce raisonnement, et d\u00e9cident seuls des changements. C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle le <strong>\u00ab\u00a0top down\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Mais le \u00ab\u00a0top down\u00a0\u00bb entraine g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>deux d\u00e9rives majeures<\/strong>\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>le changement ne sera appliqu\u00e9 que<strong> partiellement,<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>le changement sera appliqu\u00e9 <strong>plus lentement<\/strong> que pr\u00e9vu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Demander au terrain de contribuer au projet pr\u00e9sente <strong>trois int\u00e9r\u00eats :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Technique <\/strong>: r\u00e9colter des informations du terrain permet de perfectionner le projet, car le terrain conna\u00eet bien les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l\u2019exercice des m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019entreprise, la \u00ab\u00a0vraie vie\u00a0\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li><strong>P\u00e9dagogique <\/strong>: participer \u00e0\u00a0: un projet favorise l\u2019apprentissage des nouveaux modes de fonctionnement vis\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Engagement<\/strong> : participer \u00e0 un projet d\u00e9multiplie l\u2019envie de donner le meilleur de soi-m\u00eame pour que le changement r\u00e9ussisse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Quelle forme prend concr\u00e8tement un cadrage ?<\/h3>\n<p>Le point de d\u00e9part du cadrage est un projet d\u00e9j\u00e0 construit.
