Il va devoir \u00ab\u00a0monter d\u2019un cran\u00a0\u00bb, \u00e0 la fois en termes de comp\u00e9tences m\u00e9tiers, mais aussi en termes de communication.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #d10016;\"><strong>Vers une approche transverse du management<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Le leitmotiv du responsable doit \u00eatre de cr\u00e9er une culture commune \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des managers de l\u2019entreprise.
